The goal is to find a perfect match and to be able to make an offer. The offered price should be at, or below, asked price.
After price negotiation, you will be given a formally written offer, which binds the seller.
The Compromis d’Achat, or Promise of Sales will be signed.
A deposit of 5% to 10% will be paid in to the Notary Office
From now on, the legally required paperwork will take place, which takes up to 3 months.
When all formalities are fulfilled, a date for signing of the Final Contract will be decided upon.
After the signing, and payment received you will be given keys and access to your property.
